Help bring Christan back to his family.....
This is one reason why you shouldn't always trust your family.
My aunt has my child and now he is scared of me. For the past 5 years she denied me any type of contact with him. She went behind my back to adopt him. I was in the process of looking for a Laywer when a Laywer called me saying that he was my Laywer. I was happy but the reason why he was calling me was because he was court appointed to represent me on a case. The case was my aunt was trying to say that I abandoned my son and she was going to adopt him. She knew my phone number, e-mail address, and where I lived. I never abandoned him! In fact I surprised visited my son on Febuary 11, 2007. I had to surprise him because all the other times that I set up to visit him, she made sure that she was not there. August of the same year she filed the papers to end my parental rights so she could adopt him. During this whole time I never got to see or talk to my son once again! I had to make sure to show up for everything in Tennessee that I was suppose to. I live in Florida and needless to say the expense to go back and forth for the court proceedings has drained me not only financially but also emotionally! She told me that she would never keep him from me and that when I got back on my feet, she would give him back to me. SHE LIED!!! I fought for 3 years to reinstate my rights. When it came down to trial time, she nonsuited the abandoment charges as she knew she would not win. Therefore she could not proceed with the illegal adoption of Christan, my son. Even though the Judge instructed her to allow visitation and communication with my son, she is being belligerent towards the Judge's recommendations. He did this in faith hoping that the family would heal and come back together. Now I have to fight her once again. She also did it cause I had a court appointed Laywer and she hated that! Now I have to pay for a Laywer or find one that will take me on as pro bono. I have decied to set this web site up for people to know what has happened to my family and in hope that some one out there will help us.
The History Behind My Story
I have the order and all the paper work that I have done for my case. I would love to share it with you. If you are interested in looking at any of the paper work or all of it, e-mail me and I will send it to you. I also have the e-mails that I sent my son throughout the years. I have paper work that I put together and I was going to send it to the Court house in Jefferson County, Tennessee before I got the phone call from my Laywer. The reason why my Aunt took over custody in the first place was because I was going through a divorce and I was having problems. I could not take care of all four of my children. I had NO child support and I was down and out. My Aunt promised me she would NEVER take my child from me. She just wanted to see me get back on my feet. After I got back on my feet she was suppose to give him back to me without a fight! SHE LIED! Now I'm in a fight to get him back! This is not my fault! It is her's! If she would of done what she promised, I would not have this site to help us reunite!
These are Christan's siblings. We pray every day that Christan will be reunited with us!
